Booking Information

All courses must be booked via the contact form at the bottom of the page of the course you are booking. Course mixtures can be booked via the form on the Contact page.

We will reply to you via email and continue the booking process from there. Bootcamp bookings cannot be made over the phone more than 5 days in advance.

Prohibitions

Any illnesses or conditions must be declared upon booking and before making a payment as certain ailments may cause you to be prohibited from riding a horse.

These include any injury, illness or condition which may cause pain, distress, loss of consciousness, or be exacerbated by physical activities involved in equestrianism.

Please inform us if you feel this applies to you, we will always do our best to offer you the safest and most suitable course and adjust existing courses to suit your needs.

If you suffer from a chronic illness, we will require a declaration letter from your GP confirming that you are able to ride and which, if any, medication you are taking and the dosage. This is purely in preparation for a case of an emergency where a member of staff may need to inform a paramedic. Absolutely no copies will be made and the letter will be returned to you at the end of your course to protect your privacy.

If you are pregnant and have been for over 3 months you will not be able ride. If you have recently had a baby, you will not be able to ride for 6 weeks following the birth.

Emotion activated neurological conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Functional Neurological Disorder, Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome, or any other under this category will NOT prohibit you from riding, although we will need to be well informed of the nature and severity of your symptoms and how you manage them upon booking.

If you have any concerns which you do not feel fit any of the above criteria, please enquire. We will always do our absolute best to arrange a course to suit you.

Cancellation Policy

All Bootcamps are subject to a 7 day cancellation period. The initial 50% deposit, and any amount paid to us thereafter, can be transferred to a future booking or redeemed as credit providing we have been notified prior to the 7 day cut off point. If the 7 day deadline for any remaining amount is not met, your place on the course will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or be able to transfer any amount already paid to another Bootcamp or use it as credit.  We do not offer refunds.

Exceptions

Under certain circumstances, we are able to waive or alter the cancellation policy. If any of the following occurs, the cancellation period will be disregarded and you will be able to redeem any amounts already paid as credit towards a future Bootcamp, lessons, clubs or hacks: discovery of unexpected pregnancy beyond the 3rd trimester, diagnosis of a chronic illness, death of a close friend or relative, court ordered declaration of bankruptcy, unexpected cancellation by accommodation if you are relying on the accommodation in order to complete your course.

We will, unfortunately, need proof of any of the above exceptions in order for this to be applicable. If you find yourself in any of the above circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible. We will not be able to waive or alter the cancellation policy beyond the date of the start of your course.

Covid-19 Specific: We will NOT waive or alter the cancellation period for any bookings made for the duration of the pandemic Covid-19 if your reason for cancellation is related to Covid-19. We will reschedule your Bootcamp only if it is scheduled within the dates of a national lockdown period, If you have any concerns over travelling or riding before the end of pandemic is announced, please do not make a booking until you feel safe to do so as we will not be able to refund you unless one of the previously listed exceptions applies.
